I’m known for taking uninvited struggles and transforming them into fun challenges.

I’ve been an addictions therapist and mentor, a healthy relationships train-the-trainer, an internationally-certified soft skills development instructor, an airline customer service agent, a mother of daughters, a cold-calling telemarketer (least fun job, btw), and a house flipper. I live an active and grounded lifestyle that I shape to fit my needs.
